Clervaux sits deep in the Éislek (Ardennes), on the northern rail line 65 minutes from Luxembourg City. It suits photography enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers on the Éislek trails, and travellers wanting the country's deepest rural feel.
It doesn’t suit anyone with limited time in Luxembourg City. From here, day-tripping to the capital is possible but consumes half the day. Winter can feel isolated.
